Chiarli is the oldest producer of Lambrusco and other typical wines of Emilia-Romagna. The winery adopts their own tested production method which enhances the wine’s characteristics and preserves its quality for longer. Lambrusco Di Sorbara is the lightest, most delicate and floral of the Lambrusco wines.
This example has a clear pink colour with balanced body and is dry to the palate. The fine pale pink foam is the result of a long natural fermentation process. Best paired with pasta dishes, slow-cooked meat stews and cheese.
