The Il Bianco is a blend of the best fruit from the Barbi estate vineyards. The grapes are sourced from 25 year old vines grown in soils particularly rich with fossilized elements, and are fermented separately before being carefully blended. Il Bianco di Decugnano is a wine of great elegance, well-balanced and very mineral: the best expression of Barbi’s terroir.
