Fiano thrives in the province of Campania and, more specifically, the hills around the town of Avellino (east of Mount Vesuvius). This DOCG area's rich volcanic soils characterise the grapes to produce wines of elegance and intensity. Pale straw-yellow colour with a clean, elegant bouquet and floral, fruity notes. After spending a year in the bottle its nose develops further complexity with an intense floral bouquet as well as notes of raisin and honey. On the tongue it remains dry and elegant with a good aromatic persistence.
