Produced from an aromatic variety typical from Treviso province, namely Val De Brun. The red varietals are separately fermented with a short maceration to give the wine its delicate colour and typical timbre, as well as its particular aroma and full body. Painstaking and rigorous champagnization of the base wine at low temperature for 20/30 days generates a balanced, delicate and complete wine.
