Made from Torbato, a grape variety with ancient origins that is now grown only by Sella&Mosca. The vineyards are located in the “Terre Bianche” region, whose chalky soils are derived from ancient marine sediment. It has a very complex nose, with notes of Mediterranean scrub, thistles and dry herbs, while the palate is full-bodied and austere, with hints of the velvety softness. Its lively acidity is perfectly balanced by a mineral tanginess that supports its complex structure, softened by a faint trace of vanilla. A versatile wine that goes well with many starters and is unbeatable with typical Sardinan shellfish dishes.
