Produced in the Villani factory in Bologna using only the best raw materials, resulting in a very high quality product: fresh shoulder of skinned and degreased pork, cubes of lardo and flakes of prized fresh summer truffle. The mixture is encased in natural bladders and hand-tied in the traditional method. The resulting product is a traditional artisan Mortadella in appearance with a beautiful truffle twist. Normal casing.
