A wine of great personality, Cristina was born from an ambitious quality project that for years has distinguished the Roeno Agricultural Company. It achieves a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with the precise aim of moderating its sugar content. Released three years after the harvest, it maintains its organoleptic qualities and elegance for many years. The gustatory and olfactory examination reveals a persistent, intense wine of fine quality, with hints of peach, apricot, dried figs, and dates. The softness and sweetness are particularly striking at the beginning, gradually evolving into a note of great elegance on the finish. Perfect with rich, full-flavored cheeses such as pecorino and aged Parmesan, as well as cheese-based desserts. It is ideal with slightly dry cakes, especially when accompanied by caramelized or chocolate creams, and pairs beautifully with fregolotti cake, chocolates, and chocolate salami.
