Named after its production area in the medium-high hills of Oltreadige and Bassa Atesina, this superb sparkling wine undergoes soft pressing and separate fermentation. After resting on lees until spring, it undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle at 10-12°C for at least 24 months. This results in a bright straw yellow wine with fine bubbles, fruity aromas, and a fresh, dry palate. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light starters and seafood.
