Chardonnay grapes sourced from medium-high hillsides in Val d'Adige and Oltradige, where soils are predominantly calcareous with good skeleton and clay content. The vineyards employ a combination of pergola and Guyot-pruned espalier training systems, supporting plant densities of 3,000 to 3,500 plants per hectare for pergola and 5,000 to 6,000 for espalier.
The wine is crafted using traditional methods, starting with soft grape pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at 17-18°C. It undergoes lees aging in steel until the end of January before bottling.
Perfectly suited for pairing with starters, hors d'oeuvres, delicate fish dishes, and lightly spiced white meat.
The Chardonnay has an ageing potential of 2 to 3 years, suggesting it can develop and mature in bottle over this period while maintaining its freshness and character.
