The Riserva Nando balsamic vinegar from Ferdinando Cavalli is obtained by further ageing of the Classic, resulting in even more complex flavours. This balsamic should be used sparingly, just a few drops will enhance any hot or cold dishes. Try it on a cheese omelette, pasta or rice dishes with meat or fish.
