Gavi, produced in the foothills of the Liguria Apennines just south of the town of Novi Ligure, is Piedmont’s leading white wine, and this emblematic example from Fausto Gemme, who has followed in the footsteps of his predecessors, is a guarantee of quality and devotion. Pale straw yellow in colour with green reflections, a delicate bouquet of fresh fruits, and its taste is dry and pleasant, fresh and harmonious.
