Hailing from the renowned Chianti region, Gineprone Chianti D.O.C.G. 2021 exemplifies the vibrant tradition of Tuscan winemaking. Made predominantly from Sangiovese (85%) with a touch of international varieties (15%), this vintage captures the essence of its terroir.
A brief ageing period in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by four months of refinement, enhances the wine’s complexity and balance. Its intense ruby-red colour is accompanied by a broad and intricate bouquet, where gentle notes of red fruits are beautifully interwoven with oak nuances and a hint of spice from the wood.
On the palate, the wine boasts a good structure with soft, ripe tannins that balance its refreshing acidity. The finish is persistent and vibrant, leaving a lingering impression of elegance and harmony.
