Historically, Piedmont represents the most important region for the cultivation of the Moscato grape. The spirit obtained from the distillation of the pomace is a soft, aromatic, and distinctive Grappa.
An unaged and aromatic Grappa produced only using grapes grown in Langhe and Monferrato, within the Piedmontese Moscato area.
