Donnachiara's Greco di Tufo DOCG is a genuine expression of its terroir, with meticulous attention given to enhancing its aromatic profile. Grapes are pressed after cooling to 10°C for 4-6 hours, followed by gentle crushing and static decantation. This process preserves the natural, crisp freshness of the grapes, avoiding a secondary fermentation process called malolactic fermentation, which would otherwise impart a smoother and creamier texture.
Best served at 14-16°C, it pairs perfectly with seafood, pasta with light sauces, white meats, and herb cheeses.
