A smooth and melodious Rosso Piceno D.O.C. with silky-smooth notes, making it perfect for everyday menus and enlivening happy moments with friends. Lyricus is the only Colonnara line to offer both white and red wine with similar labels that decorate any table with fine elegance. Its colour is a limpid, ruby red with average transparency, and its bouquet is intense, quite persistent, with fruity scents of morel, mature peach and plum. Dry, warm and quite soft yet fresh, sapid and sufficiently tannic - best served with pasta first courses, meat dishes or soups when young, and when slightly aged it goes well with more structured dishes and semi-mature sheep's milk cheeses.
