This beer-infused panettone is the result of a collaboration between Massimo Albertengo, owner of Albertengo Panettoni, and Teo Musso, founder of Birrificio Baladin and world-renowned master brewer.
Following a series of joint experiments, the recipe for this one-of-a-kind panettone was born. It is crafted using "Xyauyù", a distinctive oxidized beer with a flavour profile reminiscent of fine passito wines. Packed with sweet sultanas and candied orange peel, and topped with a delicate almond, hazelnut, sugar, and egg white glaze, it is a truly exquisite cake with an unmatched aroma, colour, and texture.
