Crafted from Pinot Grigio grapes, "Il Podestà" is a full-bodied yet elegant white wine with outstanding organoleptic qualities. The vinification process involves cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C, followed by maturation in steel to preserve its vibrant freshness. The result is a straw yellow wine with a fruity aroma that invites tasting, revealing a palate characterized by roundness and a savoury, satisfying finish. With an alcohol content of 14%, it is best served at 12-14°C, making it a perfect match for fish-based dishes, soups, savoury pies, pizzas, and white meats.
