This red wine is vinified with maceration on the skins, starting at cool temperatures to allow for the extraction of the typical colour and stabilisation of tannins. The fermentation temperature gradually increases, reaching 25º-27°C by the end. The wine then matures in 30hl oak casks for 12-15 months.
