The Salame Finocchietto (fennel salami) is produced with selected Italian pork, to which wild fennel flowers and seeds are added. On the palate it is fresh and appetising, on the nose the aroma given by the wild spices stands out. The meat is obtained by minced selected cuts medium-fine ground, gently kneaded with salt and spices, then stuffed into natural gut.
