Terre Rare Carignano Del Sulcis D.O.C. 75cl (2022) SELLA & MOSCA

Carignano, the famous red grape from the Mediterranean basin that has long been at home in Sardinia’s unique environment - these grapes are grown in the coastal area between Capo Teulada and the Iglesiente mountains. In the glass it has a deep ruby red colour with brief violet highlights, offering a nose of residual vinous sensations, accompanied by great fruit that emerges from a slight underlying note of good oak. The warm, full palate combines velvety, caressing tannins with ripe late-autumn fruit, held together by the subtle presence of fine oak. It pairs well with red and white meats, game and veined cheeses.
