‘Suade’ Sauvignon Blanc Trevenezie I.G.T. 75cl (2024) ASTORIA VINI

Produced from hand harvested Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Astoria's Val De Brun estate, located in the Conegliano area of Veneto. This wine is a perfect example of the classic style of Sauvignon Blanc: its colour is straw-yellow with greenish reflections, exalting an aromatic and delicate bouquet with notes of pepper and exotic fruits. Dry, fresh, elegantly balanced and velvety, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to fresh cheeses and vegetable dishes, yet also great as an aperitif. Grown on the hills of the Estate “Tenuta Val de Brun”. The R3-clone grapes make the most typical and representative Sauvignon, with a distinguishing aroma of peppers and tomato leaves. Vineyards: 5,000/6,000 grapevines per hectare (average age: 10-15 years). Average production: 1/1.5 kg per grapevine (70/80 q. per hectare). Growing technique: Sylvoz
