A cuvée of extraordinary finesse, the peak of “pas dosé” sparkling wines. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the areas of Lake garda and Iseo, of which 35% of the musts are fermented in small oak barrels. It presents a fabulous white foam with a persistent perlage and fine bubbles (a sign of good ageing). Straw yellow in colour with greenish hues, and its bouquet is intense, full and with notes of fresh fruit, sage and honey. Harmonious, fresh and fruity, yet it is highly complex and persistent with typical elegance.
