Monte Corbino Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. 75cl GREGOLETTO

This Prosecco Superiore is produced using selected grapes from Gregoletto's vineyards in the sloping hills of Conegliano, a region where ripening is accelerated thanks to the not so harsh climate. The result is a Prosecco whose aromas are more developed and whose palate has a greater complexity. Its colour is bright straw-yellow, livened by the fine bubbles, and its bouquet is fresh and rich in fruity aromas of apples and pears, with a hint of citrus fruit that fades into a more floral scent. In the mouth the wine is soft , yet dry thanks to a very present acidity. Excellent as an aperitif, or when served with vegetable soups and seafood, pasta dishes with delicate meat sauces, risotto, fresh cheeses and white meat (especially poultry).
