The San Marzano DOP is one of Italy's most acclaimed tomatoes, grown exclusively in the area between Salerno and Naples known as Agro Nocerino-Sarnese.
This product is produced from healthy and ripe 100% San Marzano dell'Agro Sarnese-Nocerino tomatoes, delicately peeled and added to natural San Marzano dell'Agro Sarnese-Nocerino tomato pulp partially evaporated for optimal thickness. Finally the product is subjected to pasteurisation for best preservation.
Use this sauce for the ultimate Neapolitan texture and flavour in tomato sauces or as your pizza base. No added salt.
