This fine white wine originates from the Roero hills, where the sandy terroir imparts a rich, intense aroma. Influenced by limestone and clay, it boasts a robust body and structure that reflect its terroir. Its colour exhibits hues of straw yellow with green reflections. It offers a full-bodied embrace, balancing forcefulness with delicacy, and delivers fruity and floral notes of ripe peach, apricot, and chamomile. On the palate, it presents a dry profile with persistent freshness and a subtle almond aftertaste. Best served at 8° - 10°C, it pairs excellently with hors d’oeuvres, light vegetable first courses, or delicate fish and poultry dishes.
