One of Italy’s most prestigious and consistently award-winning rosé wines, Rosamara is made exclusively from local red grape varieties. Each grape is individually pressed, with 50% fermenting and ageing in small oak barrels for at least six months.
Its colour is a beautifully pale candy pink, typical of a delicate rosé. The nose is inviting and expressive, with notes of mayflower, black cherry, and pomegranate. On the palate, it is silky and well-balanced, yet broad and rich, with excellent persistence and depth of flavour, finishing with a light hint of bitter almond.
This wine seamlessly combines the character of a red with the freshness of a white, making it a perfect pairing for a wide range of dishes—from vegetables and soups to meat and fish, whether rich or spicy. Rosamara even has an ageing potential of up to four years!
