Vermentino di Sardegna D.O.C. 75cl (2024) AUDARYA

Crafted from 100% Vermentino grapes grown on the northern slopes of the Acquasassa estate in Serdiana, where 20-year-old vines thrive in clay-limestone soils under a sunny, windy climate. Harvested by hand in early September, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and natural cold decanting, followed by a slow fermentation at low temperatures to retain purity and elegance. A short refinement on fine lees enhances complexity and texture. The result is a straw yellow wine with greenish hues, a citrusy and fruity bouquet, and a brilliantly fresh palate with subtle mineral notes. A perfect match for seafood starters, raw fish dishes, fish mains, and soft-textured cheeses. Serve chilled at 9–11°C.
