We are seeking a competitive and driven Field Sales Representative to manage a sales portfolio and develop new business opportunities. Two positions are available, one in London and one in Leeds. The successful candidate in Leeds will look after the areas of Lancashire, Yorkshire, Humberside, and the North East of England, while the person in London will primarily focus on the London area. The successful candidates will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships and generating new business, engaging directly with clients through visits and cold calling. They will need to assess customer needs, build strong and lasting relationships, and meet personal and team sales targets. Researching potential clients and following up on leads will be key aspects of the role. Attending sales meetings, events, and training sessions will help keep up with market trends, and weekly sales reports and feedback will be provided to management.

Candidates should have proven sales experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ideal individual will be self-motivated, results-driven, and fluent in both English and Italian. A full UK driving licence is required, and applicants should ideally be based in London or Leeds, depending on the position applied for.

The role offers a competitive salary based on experience, with commission on sales calculated on value and gross profit. A company car will also be provided.
